"I’m not sure if it was just me..."
I’m not sure if it was just me, but the stream kept buffering nonstop all night. The movie barely even loaded, so I couldn’t really watch it.

"Super easy to buy and redeem"
I bought a movie code and the whole process was really simple. It redeemed quickly and I didn’t run into any issues at all, if that makes sense

"The menus nearly broke my brain"
The app works fine overall, but wow, the navigation can be weirdly clunky sometimes. I’ll be trying to find one simple thing and suddenly it feels like I’m solving a mystery novel. Not a dealbreaker, but the menus could definitely be smoother.

"I’d give it 5 stars mainly because..."
I’d give it 5 stars mainly because there’s just a ton to pick from. Most of the time, if I’m looking for a specific movie, it’s there, and I like that it has a mix of newer releases and older shows too. i sometimes end up browsing longer than I planned, kind of like when you go to the store for one thing and leave with snacks you definitely didn’t need. Anyway, it’s easy enough to use, and I really like having both movies and TV shows all in one place.

"Pretty good prices for rentals"
I can’t say the rental prices aren’t good overall. It’s been worth it for movie nights when I just want something easy to watch at home.

"Refund came through, but it took some patience"
I had an issue with a rental charge and reached out to support. They did respond, which I appreciated, but it definitely wasn’t the quickest process. I eventually got my refund, so credit where it’s due, but there was more back and forth than I think should’ve been necessary.

"Works fine, but device support is a bit unclear"
FandangoNOW worked well on my Roku, but using it on my older tablet was kind of frustrating. The movies played fine for the most part, so that wasn’t really the issue. I just wish they made the device support more obvious upfront, because it felt like a bit of a “guess and see” situation.

“Very difficult. They take 3 days to answer an email. When you respond they take another 3 days to respond. I tried for weeks to get my issue resolved but they never fixed it and never gave a refund.”

“NO, unless you count 2 of 3 movies rented that we were able to watch, not in 4k but 1080 :( The 3rd movie we purchased was not playable, Fandango Now told my wife and me, and the room full of people to contact the STUDIO. They renegg'ed on their deal. In my humble opinion the are flat out CROOKS, multiple tiers of chat support, NOTHING via TELEPHONE.”

“IMHO they ALL ARE BETTER. I've NOT used a WORSE service in my life than FANDANGO NOW. Apple iTunes is the best, for maybe $1 more on some. VUDU was much better before FANDANGO RUINED IT. Amazon Pirme works okay too, though film quality suffers.”
